Tineke Kleij-van den Boomen

Is living and working as an artist in Sint Oedenrode, a village in the south of the Netherlands. She is autodidact.

Because Tineke was very sick she learned to look at a different way to everything. That’s why she learned to paint different. Her paintings arise spontaneous and intuitive. Also body language and colours are important in Tineke’s view of the world. Painting is for Tineke a therapy to survive. Her paintings are a sort of journal of her live. For her is painting the complete processing of, to forget space and time.

Tineke Kleij-van den Boomen, the artist who creates peace, loves and above all enjoys everything.
